Get Serriola
This plant, Lactuca serriola (common name "prickly lettuce") is a European species which wandered across the Atlantic and is now widespread across most of North America. We know it as a weed.

Its sap is used medicinally for for its "mildly pain-relieving, antispasmodic, digestive, urination-inducing, hypnotic, narcotic and sedative properties", so if you spent too long at the TNT Tavern last night, perhaps you could try some of this!
