Where Is The Maiden All Forlorn?
I told these little trick-or-treaters they had to recite that poem at every door. You know, "This is the dog that worried the cat that killed the rat that ate the malt...." I doubt they did though.

I recall a linguistics professor demonstrating how you could leave out the "thats": The malt the rat ate. The malt the rat the cat killed ate. The malt the rat the cat the dog worried killed ate. Etc. Try it.
