Rara Vegis
This is definitely not something you see every year in these parts. Usually by now the first early snow has fallen, or at least Jack Frost has laid his deathly hand upon the landscape, leaving vines of green tomatoes hanging in the shed, or the little green fruits themselves arrayed in cardboard boxes in the basement, all hoping to achieve some semblance of this rosy natural glow. "Knock on Wood" he says, rapping upon his skull, and heading up to check the thermometer....
