Our Wheat-Cam wheat has finally been felled, picked up, and the kernels gleaned from the straw and chaff in one smooth operation, thanks to modern technology.

Did you ever wonder why, even back in the days when this was all done by hand, there was no cry such as "timber" to signal the fall of the stems? Could it be that a cry of "Wheat!", to the mainly Scandinavian settlers of these plains, may have sounded a bit, well, off-key? Think about it...
