Rampant Specieism

Everyone goes gaga over the season's first robin, but what about the first worm, which, after all, is the whole reason for the red-breasted one's being here at all? Perhaps if more people knew the Robin's true Latin name - Turdus migratorius - they would be less excited about their arrival.
