The medals around the neck feel more like albatrosses to the boys with the yellow "P" on their hats. Undefeated in league play, they found feet of clay and hands of stone in the postseason, finishing in third place, but first in the hearts of the fans, who admired their lofty ideals in refusing to resort to such tactics as playing "Who Let the Dogs Out?"!
