Those Snakes Again!?

This time of year, the casual passer-by is often surprised at the sight of these huge serpents. Lured from their winter lairs by the warmer temperatures and increasing daylength, they hang torpidly in the bare trees, soaking in the waxing rays of the solar orb until the frosty night, and the still-mighty specter of Orion in the West drives them back underground.
