Heracleum lanatum

Also known as Heracleum sphondylium; also as "Cow Parsnip". There were a bunch of cows around here. They seemed about as fond of this as my kids are of human parsnips. It's probably good for them though, right? That's all we need: Bovines with night vision. Imagine herds of cattle sneaking about in the darkness, doing who knows what?
